  6. New Amsterdam T V show embodies the three D's . Dumb, Dumber and Dumbest
There's a thing called the hospital board. That would negate this drama out of the system. Stupefaction ??

  7. Universal healthcare, another run at Obamacare! Don't we ever learn? Holding Doctors at gunpoint doesn't work. They've quit before and will do it again! As a lot of different professions have when you tell them how much they're allowed to make!

  9. Seems utterly untrue to believe that an Ebola carrier could make it through any 1st world immigration border checks, right? Well, in the libtard, euro-ass-licking state of the UK, a Nigerian man got through our customs checks last week, carrying Monkeypox, a virus as bad as, if not worse than Ebola. Within the last hour, it would seem some poor sap he infected, has now been found. How many more are we going to find?

Because free movement is best for all, right?

  10. So the kid has Ebola. Seems the immigration system failed us again. PS. Why were the doctors and nurses in the room with this kid not protected by isolation suits. Oh yea they are not really doctors but they play one on TV so I guess they know what they are talking about.

  12. And now the ice bucket of reality before you get anywhere near a doctor there is a really sweet lady with clipboard with a thousand forms wanting to know how are we going to pay for this visit to the hospital ????? (We ? Well I'll scrape up as much as I can ah how much can you kick in ???) A doctor's can wave there fee , they can reduce there fee but they can not NOT WAVE OR REDUCE THE HOSPITAL BILLS !! So the question is how long can doctor do good keep helping people before anyone figgers out what there up to ????? I'd say up till the first hospital bill and the patient tells the hospital billing department your doctor at your hospital told me I don't have to pay the hospital bills. That's how long the doctor can go on helping people before anyone finds out.

  17. They had a show almost exactly like this a couple years ago. I forgot the name because it was cancelled quickly but it was on NBC and the whole purpose seemed to be to push for socialized medicine. I want to say it took place in Texas. I'm not watching this trash.

  19. Why don't all the actors from this show donate all the money they make to set up a free health care system? Think of how many people they could help. Wouldn't they feel wonderful, and then the rest of the movie industry could do the same and they could help even more people. Just think they would be well on their way to their socialist utopia! Or does their dream only apply to people who don't make as much as they do?

  20. In the UK we have a nationalised health care and all we do is scour the globe looking for the cheapest qualified people to come and work in it as the pay is terrible for the volumes of work they expect you to do, then there are the waiting lists, the surgeries that have now been discontinued on the NHS, oh yeah, socialized healthcare is awesome NOT, if America stopped Obama Care today and cut the subsidies whilst simultaneously cutting the regulations on both health care and health insurance then there would be an abundance of doctors coming there to make good money and a better quality of care from the increased competition.

  21. No, no, no. Pass! I am sorry! I really liked Ryan Eggold in The Blacklist, but this is just ridiculous. Celebrity Deathmatch's take on Emergency Rooms seems far more believable at this point.

    P. S. So, your wife is a nurse. Have you shown her this trailer? I am curious how many seconds in did she start laughing.

  23. The doctors still get well paid for being a doctor in universal health care programs the patients just don't go bankrupt because they're ill.Of course at Goebbels Media "The Proud Home of the Big Lie" they must push the big lie that universal health care is bad for you in order to please their corporate oligarch masters.

  26. They have to make, make-believe becuse a documentary would show the problems like how Government Heath-Care effects the cost of everything through taxes (look how much more things cost in Canada) which hurt the poor & Middle-Class. Also they care not great so private Heath-Care has come back for those who can afford to pay (on top of all the taxes they pay for their Government Heath-Care) & the really rich come to the US?

*Visit to the Canadian Gov. run Healthcare System…

  33. You know, I have no problem with government provided medical care, but how exactly is it supposed to work with our current health care model in the states?

You have massive corporations producing drugs and equipment to be paid for by insurance provided by massive corporations and distributed by hospitals run by massive corporations which are staffed by professionals trained at universities run like massive corporations. Despite continued advances, costs keep rising and people keep complaining about lack of quality care. I don't see how tossing tax money at this already out of whack system is supposed to 'fix' things. If anything, the entire system needs to be torn apart and rebuilt from scratch to where you can go to a neighborhood doctor and get everything taken care of for a modest cash payment.
